Description
Lophostemon confertus
Grows on the edge of the rainforest in north New South Wales up to Bowen, Queensland.
Brush box does not have growth rings that are easily spotted.
It resist splintering very well and has good resistance to wear.
Colour varies between trees between pink brown to red brow.
